Rich temper of Zanina Caric could not leave the audience indifferent. She showed a high level of professionalism and quality, being a perspective pianist who masterfully interprets the works of authors of different eras of music with special emphasis on layered and rich tone design thus making the best out of the original idea of the composer.

‘The same fervor and excellent precision which has contributed to the success of new works, Zanina Caric used to dragg out of oblivion Prelude Op. 24 by Božidar Kunc. Žanina Caric expressed fiercly showing suggestive performance, which is able to forward the message of the composer not only in the ears, but also through the spine of the listener.

Žanina Caric will interpret even two first performances tonight: Discantus written by professor Horvat and As the time … by Vjekoslav Nježić. Both compositions are dedicated to her.22.03.1997, Vjesnik‘Zagreb will hear this evening for the first time Horvat’s Concertino which had its premiere last fall in Pula, the success of work was largely contributed to by the great concert orchestra, but also with a giant share by the pianist Žanina Caric, a prominent young artist with exquisit temperament and excellent technique. But the real flash of the evening was her performance in the second part playing ‘Exotic birds’ for piano and wind instruments by the great French master Olivier Messiaen. Žanina Caric played the difficult piece by heart, which was ideally harmonized with orchestral cues and was technically brilliant, making the audience vividly approving.
